Mission Statement:

For the past few years, C&F Salon Equipment has serviced the beauty and spa industry with a wide variety of salon and spa equipment. Our mission is to provide dependable, high-quality equipment at the most competitive prices with impeccable customer service. We also strive to keep most of our items in stock and ready to ship immediately for fast delivery anywhere in the U.S. C&F strives to provide the lowest price in the industry.  In addition to shopping on our website, we have our showroom in Stone Mountain, Ga. for your convenience.

 

Sales Terms:

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, direct transfers from your banking institution, certified bank checks and Money Orders. Additionally, we accept funding from many different approved lenders that can provide our customers with great financing options. Ask about our Lease-to-Own Program and No Interest Layaway options as well.

Special order items will require a minimum 50% deposit with the balance due prior to delivery of merchandise. After special orders are placed, the customer is fully responsible for paying the balance. If the order is cancelled, it will result in total forfeiture of the deposit. Since many of our items ship within 24 business hours, all order cancellations must be made prior to 2pm EST the day the order is placed. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

All products sold on our website are to be free of defects and damages upon delivery and shall include all intended and necessary parts or pieces for each item.

Delivery Guidelines & Details:

Whenever possible, we ship via FedEx ground delivery. If the products you order are available from stock please allow 1 to 6 business days for delivery within the continental USA. After your order has been processed, if you would like the tracking information please call Buy-Rite customer support and they will provide it to you. Selected items that include free shipping are shipped to the 48 contiguous states only. Additional charges will apply to all other locations. Shipping and handling fees quoted are for standard commercial business delivery. Other delivery requests or needs are available but may include additional fees. If you have any customer service questions, order status inquiries, or product assembly questions, please call 1-888-968-6674 and ask for the Customer Service Department.

Some products are too large, or heavy, for FedEx and will require contracting a Freight Carrier. Freight costs have been negotiated for the best possible rates through the nation's leading carriers. Typically, shipping costs on large orders of multiple items can be reduced by changing from Fed Ex to a leading Freight carrier. Please call our main office at 404-296-7449 to receive a quote. Please be advised that standard delivery practice for all Fright lines is for curbside only. It is the responsibility of the receiving party to take the merchandise inside.

Damaged Items Policy:

While freight damage is not a frequent occurrence, no shipment is immune to the risk of loss or damage. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inspect the shipment upon receipt and clearly note any damage or shortage on the delivering carrier's bill-of-lading. The freight companies have very limited responsibility for damage or loss that is not promptly reported or noted on the bill-of-lading at the time of delivery. Failure to do this adversely affects and diminishes any subsequent claim made by the consignee. If you receive a package that looks to have physical damage, please open the shipment for a quick visual inspection while delivery driver is present. Notify the deliveryman of the damage and have him note the extent of visible damage & the probable concealed damage onto the freight bill. If upon opening the package, you find interior damage, it is very important that you don't throw anything away, including ALL packing materials. Set everything in a safe area and contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt. Once a consumer or an agent for the consumer, signs the bill of lading, they are accepting the order as-is.

Returns & Exchanges:

C&F will accept merchandise for return within 7 days of receipt, 14 days for an exchange, provided that the merchandise is in original condition and the customer has retained all original materials, accessories, and packaging. All merchandise requesting to be returned must be unused and uninstalled. There will be a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred on all items approved for return. If you would like to return an item, please call your Buy-Rite representative to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to a return or exchange. Any item returned without a RAN, will greatly delay the return process. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that insurance is purchased on all returned items as Buy-Rite is not responsible for damages occurred during return transit. A C&F Representative will contact you after your return or exchange has been received. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing after your return has been received.

Customized, special order or non-stock merchandise may not be returned or exchanged for any reason whatsoever except if there is a manufacturing defect. Due to federal and local health guidelines, we are not able to accept any returns on orders for parts. Please be sure that you are ordering the correct part the first time so you receive exactly what you need. General Policies:

C&F strives to the best of our ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our web site. Despite our efforts, errors may occur. This may include misprints, omissions, occasional inaccuracies or items no longer available. C&F reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on incorrectly priced products or incorrectly calculated shipping costs. Additionally, we strive to process orders on in stock items within 24 Hours. However, due to popular demand, some items may be delayed for immediate shipment. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors. However, the actual color you see will depend on your computer screen and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. Products included on the web site may become unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed. We reserve the right without prior notice, to modify, change, alter and improve any and all features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this web site, or in our design showrooms. Buy-Rite and /or its manufacturers reserve the right to replace any discontinued item with a like or similar item. Products sold on our website are guaranteed to be free of defects and damages upon delivery and shall include all intended and necessary parts or pieces for each item.

It is also understood that it is the consumer's responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from C&F. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

The merchandise purchased from C&F is designed and distributed for professional use only and must be installed and assembled by licensed professionals only. C&F is not responsible nor has knowledge of individual building codes or laws. Please check with your local government offices regarding any questions that you may have. Compliance with all local, state and federal codes is the sole responsibility of the customer.

These terms and conditions shall constitute the final, complete and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to all sales by C&F to Buyer and shall supersede all prior offers, negotiations, understandings and agreements. Unless Buyer and C&F have executed a written agreement which specifically modifies, supersedes and/or replaces these terms and conditions, it is expressly agreed that no prior or contemporaneous agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, shall contradict, modify, supplement or explain these terms and conditions. The remedies provided herein are the buyer's sole and exclusive remedies and in no event shallC&F and their manufactures be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits) whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

General Maintenance & Care Guidelines: 

C&F is not responsible for any maintenance of the products obtained through us. Proper use and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Because of the variable environments of use, these maintenance instructions on the products mentioned are only suggestions given by our manufacturers as a guide and are not guaranteed methods of care. These instructions do not necessarily cover all issues that may arise under warranty. Warranties from manufacturers do not cover items damaged due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance.

On a regular basis the tightness of all screws on all chairs and stools may need to be checked. All mounting hardware should be checked and tightened including foot pedal on a regular basis.

Footrests are not to be used as a step as this may cause the footrest to break. When entering or exiting any styling, barber chair or multi-purpose chair, the hydraulic brake must be locked by pulling up on the foot pedal with chair in lowest position.

To extend the life of hydraulic pumps, raise the chair for large customers before they sit in the chair and, before helping your customer up from the styling chair, fully lower the hydraulic pump. Maximum static load weight must be maintained. A licensed electrician must service all equipment still under warranty. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided. Documentation must be provided for all electrical related warranty issues.

Distilled water only must be used in Hair & Facial Steamers. Any other type of water and non-approved substances will void the warranty. Under manufacturer's advice, water based steamers should be cleaned often with a mixture of distilled vinegar in the water reservoir and diluted with distilled water. An entire cycle of this mixture should be run completely through and then a second cycle of just distilled water should be run directly after. The more the steamer is used the more often it should be cleaned.

Hair dryer and steamer hoods should be cleaned and maintained. Build-up of any kind of product on the inside of the hood or loose parts may hinder or break the product.

Filters need to be cleaned and/or replaced on a consistent basis. Not checking filters may cause clogs and result in the breakdown of the equipment.

Pre-moistened towels should always be placed in a hot towel cabinet when unit is turned on. The inside cavity of the unit should be wiped clean after cooling off. Failure to do such maintenance can be a fire hazard and may cause overheating and/or damage to the unit.
